Give it to God

There is no pain Jesus cannot feel, no hurt He cannot heal. All things work according to His perfect will. No matter what you are going through remeber God is using you, for the battle is not yours it’s the Lord’s. There’s no saddness Jesus can’t feel and there is no sorrow that He cannot heal. For all things work according to the master’s Holy will. No matter what you are going through, remeber that God is only using you; for this battle is not your’s it’s the Lord’s.

Prayer 04JUNE2022

He said to them, “When you pray, say: “ ‘Father, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come. Give us each day our daily bread. Forgive us our sins, for we also forgive everyone who sins against us. And lead us not into temptation. ’ ”
Luke 11:2‭-‬4 NIV

– Make sure you forgive others….

Let’s Pray

Our Father in heaven we awake praising You Lord because You alone deserve our praise. Thank You for our family, friends and love ones. Thank You for forgiving us our sins. Help us to forgive others , help us to dig down deep and realize that at some point in our life we needed forgiveness and if we keep on living we will need forgiveness again so there is no reason for us not to forgive others.

Lord we also pray for the many families who have lost their love ones recently. We pray that You comfort them and provide peace for them.

Help us all to keep alert and aware of our surroundings so that we can shout out , call 911 or respond accordingly when danger is around.

We also pray for Brittney Griner who is still locked up in Russia. Please Father bring her back home to us. We thank You for listening to our prayer and by faith we believe You will answer them. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Morning Prayer 04JUNE2022

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Romans 15:13 NIV

– In God we trust. That’s what that dollar has on the back of it. Trust in God and be filled with Joyland peace!!!

Let’s Pray

Lord we approach Your throne with prayer and giving You our praise early in the day. Thank Youbfor Your provisions, for our health and for waking us up in our right mind.

Father often times we try to handle things on our own. We even put our trust in man, our money, or our strength but glory glory glory when we put our trust in You when we bring all our burdens and cares to You.

You give us peace and joy because we know there is not a problem You can’t fix. So Father before we even step out in the world today we lay all our cares before You and accept the joy and peace You provide. We thank You and we praise You. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Your choice of phone alert noise may say something about your personality. But what does it say if you give your notifications specific smells?

Scentee, a white, round device that plugs into your phone’s earphone jack, releases a small spray of fragrance each time you receive a notification. The next time you get a Facebook Like, you can smell something like strawberry or mint. Other cartridges feature coffee and lavender. The device’s LED lights also light up with each notification.

According to the Los Angeles Times, each cartridge yields 100 sprays and refills cost $5. It launches on November 15 for Japan — and a bacon scent may be in the works.

The device works with both iOS and Android phones; an app is used to configure when the device releases its scent.

Scentee’s site features a video that unfolds like a Japanese soap opera. The main female character struggles with romantic pursuits until she shocks one of her dates by whipping out her phone’s Scentee.

By the end of the video, our heroine seems more happy about life when another possible love interest sends her a text message — and she inhales the smell of it.

No word yet on when the gadget might hit the U.S. market. Mashablereached out to CEO Koki Tsubouchi; we’ll let you know what we hear back.

Tablets are handy tools for a variety of things — watching Netflix, playing Candy Crush and browsing the Internet.

But when it comes to getting work done — like, actual work — most users would probably argue otherwise. The devices are great for entertainment, but can they also pack the productive punch of a laptop?

There are, thankfully, plenty of techniques and accessories to help turn those distraction-inducing rectangles into work-producing gadgets — perfect for when you’re on-the-go. We’ve rounded up five of our favorite productivity tactics below.

1. Create an Apps-ence of Games

While it may be tempting to download game apps, keep in mind there are others specifically geared for getting things done. One of the most extensive is Parallels Access, only available for the iPad, which lets you run any app from your Mac or PC onto your tablet. It’s a little pricey — $79.99 per year — but it’s the most intuitive and all-in-one way to bring your laptop’s contents directly to your iPad’s screen.

Other organizational apps, like Dropbox, Trello and Campfire, are yours to download too.

2. Reorganize Your Homepage

The easiest step of the bunch. Just like your smartphone, your tablet should give you the ability to organize where your apps are displayed on the screen. To avoid Angry Birds temptation, then, make sure your work-related apps are on the front page — the birds and the gang can take the backseat.

3. Keyboard Up

Touchfire is an add-on keyboard screen for tablets. Its clear, flexible case magnetically connects to your iPad, and is available in international editions, like Chinese, German, Korean and Turkish.

Touchfire is also a bit pricey, at $49.99, but it’s an ideal accessory if you plan to frequently type on your tablet.

4. Buy an External Keyboard

An additional typing option is a mobile keyboard — we recommend the Logitech K810. There are plenty of other options out there, too, depending on your preferences.

5. Use It As a Second Monitor

You don’t necessarily need to be working on-the-go to get the most out of your tablet. Why not use it as a second — or third, or fourth — monitor?

Several iOS and Android apps can basically fool your desktop into thinking it’s connecting another external monitor to its system. As Mashable associate features editor Matt Petronzio wrote previously, there are several popular “second display” apps on the market:

  • Air Display ($9.99): Air Display lets you connect your iPad or Android device to your Mac or Windows computer, but also lets you connect your laptop as a wireless second monitor for your desktop.

  • iDisplay ($4.99): This app, created by Shape.ag, quickly sets up your portable monitor.

  • REDFLY ScreenSlider ($1.99; currently 50% off): ScreenSlider is only for Android devices used with Windows computers. The website says that it will be available for other devices soon.

  • MaxiVista ($9.99): Only for use with iPads and Windows operating systems.

  • Splashtop XDisplay (Free for 10 minutes at a time; $4.99 in-app purchase for extended use): Splashtop is known more for its app, which gives you remote access to your desktop. But by downloading XDisplay and the Splashtop Streamer, you can set up your iPad as a second monitor.

If the additional app route isn’t up your alley, you can always prop your tablet up next to your monitor and use it to display apps like Tweetdeck, Hootsuite or Spotify while you write a research paper on your desktop. It’s a little makeshift, but it lets you use additional apps on the side without taking up tab space on your main monitor.

The shift in advertising is moving to mobile. If you don’t have a strategy in place, try one (or all) of these five cost-effective ways to make the most of your on-the-go customers.

October 17, 2013
Seventy-two percent of small-business owners planned to increase or maintain their mobile ad spend this year, with 65 percent of these increasing their spending by up to 30 percent, according to a study by Borrell Associates of 1,300 small-business owners.

Add to that the fact that Google and Facebook are shifting more of their revenues to mobile, and it’s clear that mobile marketing, advertising and purchasing is more than just a trend—it’s a key factor in how consumers prefer to do business in today’s marketplace.

So how can your business maintain relevance and competitiveness within this new paradigm?

1. Create A Native Mobile Ad

One of the newest buzzwords currently doing the rounds in social media is “native advertising.” This form of advertising complements the website it’s running on, or the content it’s displayed beside, by being relevant to both the topic and audience.

Instead of the usual Google Ads that may or may not be related to the content on a page, a native ad by a phone accessory retailer, for example, will appear on a blog that has mobile phone reviews, which encourages a warmer lead and better click-through opportunities.

A recent report highlights the increased engagement enjoyed by mobile native ads:

Mobile native ads performance

By finding and partnering with relevant blogs and news sites in your niche, you can create relatively low-cost ads and target a more receptive audience.

2. Use A Mobile Display Advertising Partner

If native mobile advertising doesn’t appeal to you, the immediate alternative is to partner with a mobile display advertising partner. (These include solutions like Jumptap, mMedia and Mojiva.) The benefit of these partnerships is that you can create an inventory of products for a fairly low cost; the hosting is taken care of by the partner.

These types of advertising partners can help ensure your ad reaches a wider audience than traditional forms of digital advertising by placing your ad across their communities. Additionally, features like contextual ads work much like native advertising and ensure only the audience that would benefit from your product or service sees your ad, offering a higher chance of click-through and activity.

3. Build A Foursquare Ad

Geolocation mobile app Foursquare allows users to “check in” at a physical location. This could be a restaurant, bar, gym or car dealership. By checking into the business, a customer has the option to share their location and buying preferences with their online connections on Twitter and Facebook.

This type of additional revenue from potential customers has resulted in many businesses joining Foursquare yet using it ineffectively. Companies reward “Mayors”—people who have checked in the most—as opposed to rewarding the wider customer base, and increasing loyalty in return.

A solution to this is Foursquare Ads. Instead of relying on your customers’ check-ins, Foursquare Ads are more akin to review sites like Yelp, and helps personalize local searches for consumers looking for the types of products and services your business provides.

Foursquare Ads for small business

Similar to Google’s PPC (Pay Per Click) model, Foursquare Ads only charge you when a potential customer takes an action. The difference is that it only counts when that person visits your store, thereby driving more foot traffic to your storefront.

Additionally the ads will appear for nearby users who have either visited a similar location to yours, or are searching for related services (pizza restaurants for fast-food diners, for example).

4. Take Advantage Of QR Codes

One of the most misunderstood and maligned forms of mobile advertising is the QR (Quick Response) code. Similar to the barcode on a grocery item that’s scanned at a supermarket checkout, QR codes are simple and effective ways to drive mobile advertising—if used correctly.

The biggest fault many businesses make with QR codes is not optimizing the experience when you scan the code with your phone, either by a built-in feature of third-party app. Instead of optimizing for the mobile user, businesses are directing people to standard websites or poorly designed landing pages, where it’s almost impossible to take the desired action, such as making a purchase or signing up for offers.

To truly take advantage of QR codes, consider the following tactics:
■Use real-time marketing with your ad. When customers scan the code, offer an immediate discount or, if in a restaurant, a free drink or appetizer when they present the code.
■Drive the clicks to a simple yet optimized microsite. Have your offer of the week coupled with a simple “Text me when new offers go live” call-to-action to encourage sign up and use of the QR code.
■Complement the experience. Recommend your favorite apps to enhance the user experience (a spa business could recommend the Spa Week app, for example). Provide a coupon or bonus discount for that week only.

There are several ways to take advantage of all the real-time and loyalty-building solutions QR codes offer. You just need to keep the mobile experience in mind at all times.

5. Think Local With Your Keywords

Perhaps one of the simplest and most cost-effective ways to benefit from mobile advertising is to “not advertise” at all and use local mobile searches as your form of organic advertising instead.

As smartphone users increasingly use GPS and apps like Google Maps, along with search terms to find local services and businesses, being optimized for these types of searches can benefit your physical foot traffic exponentially.

To give you an idea of how important local mobile search is to your business, consider these statistics:
■Mobile searches for restaurants led to a 90 percent conversion rate, with 64 percent visiting within an hour of the search.
■74 percent of mobile users used their phones to get “real-time location-based information” directions, up from 55 percent the previous year, according to the Pew Research Center.
■Mobile search will generate 27.8 billion more queries than desktop search by 2015.

With these kinds of numbers, it’s clear that simple SEO isn’t enough for your business—now you need to optimize for local mobile search, too. To take advantage of this shift in research patterns, your business needs to ensure your main website is optimized for these potential customers.
■If your site is not already mobile-friendly, consider revamping its design now. Ideally switch to a responsive design that automatically resizes the screen and provides the optimal user experience for your visitor.

Responsive web designs
■If you have an e-commerce section, adjust keywords and alt-tags on images to target local searches (“buy the best seafood in New Albany, New Jersey” versus “New Albany seafood,” for example.) Also, ensure that smartphone users can make purchases easily.
■Optimize your images by resizing them and using them as lead first impressions for mobile visitors, with relevant alt-tags, to ensure your mobile site loads quickly, avoiding possible penalties by Google for slow-loading sites.

These are just some of the ways you can currently make use of mobile advertising for your business. Budget, resources and implementation will determine which ones work best for your company—but try adopting at least just one, which is better than no mobile ad strategy at all.

While there’s only a week and a half left before the U.S. launch of PlayStation 4, we already have a lot of details about Sony’s next-generation video-game console.

The Japanese tech giant has been promoting the PS4 since it was announced in February. It then doubled-down on information by writing a lengthy blog post that described the console in detail.

Still, you may have a few lingering questions. Here’s what you should know before you decide to buy a PlayStation 4:

1. What’s in the Box?

The PlayStation 4 comes with a power cable and HDMI cable, one DualShock 4 controller and a micro-USB cable to charge it. It also comes with a mono headset so gamers can use voice chat.

The contents of the box are important for several reasons. First, the HDMI is the only connection with which the PS4 works. While plenty of gamers have upgraded their televisions, the console won’t play nicely with older sets.

The DualShock is packed with a charging cable, but controllers purchased separately don’t include one. While plenty of us might have micro-USB cables lying around for other devices, it does mean being conscious of your charging situation.

2. You’ll Need PlayStation Plus to Do a Lot More

PlayStation Plus, the PlayStation Network’s annual membership service, mostly added the convenience of lower prices on some games, and free game downloads. While those are nice perks, some users may find that they’re not worth $50 a year. But Sony is transforming PlayStation Plus from something you might have wanted to opt into for the PS3 and PS Vita to something you’ll probably need for the PS4.

PlayStation Plus is required if you want to play games online with your friends.

PlayStation Plus is required if you want to play games online with your friends. This shouldn’t be a surprise to all those gamers coughing up $60 a year to do the same thing on Xbox Live, but it’s a new restriction for the new console.

You’ll need PlayStation Plus to access a great feature of the PS4: the ability to automatically download game updates while the console is suspended. You will also get access to 1GB of cloud saves for your game data with PlayStation Plus.

That said, there are many features for which you thankfully won’t need PlayStation Plus, including the ability to watch streaming services Netflix, Hulu or Amazon Prime — a gateway that the Xbox 360 currently has in place. You’ll also be able to stream your games live to Ustream and Twitch, and share video to Facebook without PS Plus.

3. Hard Drive Space Will Quickly Become an Issue

The PlayStation 4 is built with a 500GB hard drive, which seems like a lot of space. Previous consoles had 20, 60 or 80GB of space when they launched several years ago. But along with hard drives, games have grown tremendously in size.

For big-budget, triple-A titles, the average next-generation game will take around 40GB of space. Sony also requires games to be installed via disc. Here’s what the company says on its blog:

Yes, all PS4 Blu-ray Disc games must be cached to the hard drive to ensure a smooth gaming experience. However, certain titles may not require you to wait for the game data to be fully cached before starting gameplay.

Combine this with the fact the PS4 can’t support external hard drives, according to Sony, which would be an easy solution. Users can opt to replace the internal SATA II hard drive themselves, if the new drive meets Sony’s specifications.

4. There Is a Day-One Patch and It’s Important

The PlayStation 4 will require a patch as soon as you get it out of the box. This patch unlocks many of the console’s most talked-about features, such as the ability to share games online, stream content to a PlayStation Vita and download games in the background.

This 300MB patch will also be required if you want to play DVDs or Blu-rays, as Sony is paying a content-licensing company each time a player unlocks the feature. Sony said U.S. customers who don’t want to connect their PS4 to the Internet can call to request a disc to install the DVD and Blu-ray functionality.

5. It Won’t Play Nice With Your Media

One of the PlayStation 3’s biggest selling points was its ability to interface with all your media. It could play CDs, MP3s and act as a media box for DLNA, a device classless media server.

These are features that won’t accompany the PlayStation 4 — an announcement that has received widespread criticism from upset users. While Sony hasn’t made an announcement on the fate of MP3s or DLNA, Sony Worldwide Studios president Shuhei Yoshida tweeted the following:

6. Sharing and Streaming

The PlayStation 4 offers many options to share game moments with your friends, via partnerships with big-name social platforms. The PS4 controller includes a Share button that lets users easily access sharing functions in the heat of gameplay.

The console will include a feature called “Game DVR” that continuously captures the last 15 minutes of gameplay. Players can grab screenshots of that video at any point, and even edit the video using the console’s tools.

Gamers can also share their gameplay live with friends via streaming services Ustream and Twitch. They’ll be able to share their edited gameplay videos on Facebook, and their screenshots via Facebook and Twitter.

Sharing outside of those designated services, however, will be trickier. Users can’t export video taken on the PS4 to anywhere but Facebook — even their own PC. YouTube also won’t be a sharing option upon launch, but Sony gives the impression it could be added later. You also can’t export your Twitch or Ustream completed streams to other services. What’s more, Sony said capture devices that work through an HDMI port won’t work at launch either. This definitely makes it difficult for news organizations that use the footage for editorial purposes, as well as YouTube bloggers who create tutorial videos.

7. There Will Be 23 Games Available at Launch

Twenty-three different games will be available for the PlayStation 4 on Nov. 15, Sony has confirmed. There are a wide variety of titles available, some from Sony’s own studios, including Knack and Killzone: Shadow Fall.

Many publishers are debuting their big holiday releases across console generations and platforms, so games such as Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, Battlefield 4, Call of Duty: Ghosts and Need for Speed: Rivals won’t be exclusive, but will be have souped-up graphics on their next-gen versions.

Sony has invested heavily in independent games and their creators, giving indies plenty of spotlight on the next-generation console; so, there will be five indie games available on launch day. There are also free game downloads for PlayStation Plus members, including new games every month and launch titles Contrast and Resogun.

Of course, Sony has promised several titles down the line, including Minecraft coming to PS4, Final Fantasy XV and Kingdom Hearts 3.

8. The PlayStation Camera Does Some Things a Kinect Can Do

A lot has been said about the Xbox’s Kinect, which allows users to play games and interact with the console using just voice and gestures. Sony is jumping on the bandwagon with its PlayStation Camera, sold separately from the PlayStation 4 for $59.99.

The camera can respond to voice commands and see players’ gestures, according to Sony. It features two cameras that work together to see 3D images, and can recognize players by their faces. It also will recognize the light bars on the back of the PS4 controller, and can judge a player’s position based on that. So if players trade places or controllers, the camera should be able to detect that, and feed the information to the console.

9. Vita Remote Play

Released last February, Sony’s PlayStation Vita handheld will get a new life as a companion for the PS4. You will be able to mirror gameplay from the console onto the Vita, which means turning off the TV and moving the game to a different room of the house. This only works inside your home, however, as the PlayStation Vita can’t stream games from outside the same wireless network very well, according to Sony. Still, that second-screen ability should be useful for households where more than one person wants to use the same TV.

The Vita is a $200 handheld, and doesn’t have a wide adoption rate, but this feature might cause it to be more widely accepted. Many PlayStation Network games are also available to “cross-buy;” that is, if you buy one on a console, it will also work on the Vita.

iPad Mini

Though everyone’s talking about the silly rumored gold color for the iPhone 5S, there are some real Apple news stories worth discussing. You know, rumors that might not result in a gaudier iPhone. Here is a recap of the latest Apple gossip.
iOS may get 3D Gestures: The US Patent and Trademark Office has published a new Apple patent detailing a possible iOS interface that would let you “generate and manipulate 3D objects using 3D gesture inputs.” AppleInsider has a detailed report on the tech (here’s a link to the official patent), but basically, you could design 3D objects more easily on the iPad, it appears. The patent talks about a device that can figure out precisely where your fingers are even if they are above the screen through the capacitive touchscreen and proximity sensors built into the display. By pinching and using other common gestures, you could manipulate a 2D object onscreen, pulling and forming the object by doing pulling or lifting gestures away from the screen of the tablet/phone. If a Jedi wanted to sculpt clay, it would probably be something like what Apple is describing here. There is, of course, no indication when, or if, this technology will appear in an iOS device.
iPad Mini Retina coming early 2014, iPad 5 comes late 2013: A new report from Citi (via CNET) says that the iPad Mini with a high-resolution ‘Retina’ screen will may come out late this fall, but is likely going to be pushed back to early 2014. Instead, a cheaper iPad Mini (with a standard 1024 x 768 pixel screen) will ship this holiday, priced around $250. They also predict that a thinner full-size iPad 5 model with a slimmer bezel will join the cheaper iPad Mini in late 2013.
iPhone 6 getting buff for mid 2014 launch: The iPhone 6 may have a larger screen. That, we know, but Citi believes it may launch earlier than the last few iPhones: in early-to-mid 2014.
iWatch coming this year? If Samsung unveils its smartwatch on Sept. 4, along with the Galaxy Note 3, Apple might do the same. Or perhaps Samsung knows Apple’s plans and is the one reacting. Regardless of the corporate mind games, the iWatch may come this year after all. Again, this is a rumor by Citi.
iPhone 5C not as cheap as we thought: The iPhone 5C may not be as cheap as the $300 price tag that’s been thrown around in early rumors. Citi believes it may cost $450, or only about $200 cheaper than the iPhone 5S. Kind of lame, Apple! If you’re going to replace the iPhone 5 with a polycarbonate (plastic) new phone, at least give us a bigger discount than that.
That does it for now. We’ll add these new rumors into our official iPhone 5S Rumor Roundup shortly.

PS4

Sony has announced that the PlayStation 4 will launch on Nov. 15 in the U.S., and on Nov. 29 in the U.K and the rest of Europe.

Microsoft diapointed many when the news that the Xbox One wouldn’t come out until 2014 in 8 countries hit the internet, but Sony seems to have it’s Playstation production going well. In fact, so well that it will be releasing the console in November.

Speaking during Sony’s Gamescom 2013 news conference, Andrew House, Group CEO of Sony Computer Entertainment (SCEI), announced the long awaited release date for the PlayStation 4. Microsoft opted to not announce a release date this morning during its press conference for the Xbox One, leading many to suspect that it was waiting for Sony to announce its date first. With the proverbial cat now out of the bag we should probably to hear from Microsoft at any moment.

Suspicions are running strong that the Xbox One will launch the following week based on the announcement today for the launch title Need for Speed Rivals, but either way you look at it, it’s going to be a busy month in Nov. for gamers.

GNOTE2

SUMMARY:
How big of a phone will U.S. consumers carry? We’ll soon find out as the 6.3-inch Samsung Galaxy Mega debuts on three carriers this month, offering a tablet-like experience with cellular voice capabilities.

Samsung isn’t waiting until September to debut all of its new products. On Monday the company announced the 6.3-inch Galaxy Mega will arrive in the U.S. before the end of August on AT&T, Sprint and US Cellular.

Here’s an early look at the device from AT&T, which will start selling the Galaxy Mega on August 23 for $149 with 2-year contract or $24 a month with AT&T Next:

Although I have my money put aside for a new Moto X smartphone, I’m intrigued by the Galaxy Mega, mainly because a year ago, I suggested that tablets will replace smartphones. There have been large handsets introduced since then but the Galaxy Mega is what I’d say is the first real tablet-sized smartphone in the U.S. Overseas, many 7-inch tablets have cellular voice capabilities, but that feature is typically removed for the U.S. market.

So what do you get with this tablet, besides the voice calling abilities?

The 6.3-inch display uses a 1280 x 720 Super Clear LCD screen with wide viewing angles. A 1.7 GHz dual-core CPU — just a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 — is paired with 1.5 GB of memory and the device runs Android 4.2.2. Samsung didn’t specify the internal storage capacity as that could vary by carrier. However, the Galaxy Mega does support up to 64 GB of expandable storage through a MicroSD card slot.

GNOTE3

Samsung will also offer an S-View cover, similar to the Galaxy S 4′s, which shows a portion of the display for notifications, even when the cover is closed. The Galaxy Mega also has several Galaxy S 4 features, such as AirView and the option to run two apps at the same time on screen; a perfect use case for a larger device.

So if tablets are going to replace smartphones, the devices have to be as portable as their smaller cousins. But weighing 199 grams (7.01 ounces) and measuring 168 x 88 x 8mm (6.61 x 3.46 x 0.32 inches), the Mega will feel more like toting a tablet; not a smartphone. On the plus side, it has the potential to replace two devices by itself thanks to the big screen.

GNOTE

SUMMARY:
Samsung’s Galaxy Note 3 is sure to debut on September 4, alongside the Galaxy Gear smartwatch. When could the devices be available? The phone could ship that same week with a minimum of 32 GB storage while the watch should follow a month later.

On September 4, Samsung is widely expected to debut the Galaxy Note 3 and possibly a smartwatch called the Galaxy Gear. Introducing a product isn’t the same as offering it for sale, however, so how long will consumers have to wait for the new products? Not long suggests one site.

SamMobile, which generally has good Samsung sources, reported on Monday that the two devices will launch very soon after their introductions. According to the site, shipping of the Galaxy Note 3 is planned for week 36 of the year — the same week of Samsung’s press event for the device — while the Galaxy Gear watch is slated to arrive on sale just four weeks later. Samsung is likely to announce official availability dates by region when introducing both products.

Gnote1

The site also suggests that the Galaxy Note 3 will start in a 32 GB version to provide more free space to device owners.

That’s interesting since the company’s flagship Galaxy S 4 starts with 16 GB of total capacity but ends up with only 9.15 GB of free space. The company had to rework its Android software for the phone and provided an update that freed up more usable space and added the ability to store apps on a removable microSD card.

I doubt Samsung wants to go through that hassle again. For that reason, and because the Note 3 will likely have more software capabilities to support digital inking, I’m inclined to believe the SamMobile report on a 32 GB base model.
